  • Day 1: Cusco - Urubamba - Pumahuanca - Puyoc
  • We will pick you up at 5:00 am from your hotel to head to the village of Pumahuanca (2840 m.a.s.l.); located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Here we will meet the rider and horses. Leaving the Sacred Valley behind, we head north along a gently ascending trail that runs parallel to the small river Cancha Cancha and also to a small town with the same name. After our lunch, we have to climb up to our campsite Puyoc.
  • Camp: Puyoc (4100 m / 13451 ft).
  • Distance: 14 km / 8.6 miles.
  • Highest point: Puyoc 4100 / 13451 ft.
  • Meals: Lunch, Dinner.

  • Day 2: Puyoc - Yanacocha - Cuncani
  • We rise early for our breakfast and then continue on our route leaving Puyoc, we continue down the valley, after about half an hour, the trail flattens out before a steep 2 hour ascent over the Pachacutec pass, the highest pass on this hike will be well rewarded with incredible views of the Yanacocha Lake and the beautiful snow capped mountains of the Sacred Valley. After recharging with our delicious lunch we continue our hike down to our next campsite Cuncani.
  • Camp: Cuncani (3700 m / 12139 ft).
  • Distance: 13 km / 8.06 millas.
  • Highest point: Paso Pachacútec 4758 m / 15610 ft.
  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

  • Day 3: Cuncani - Lares - Aguas Calientes.
  • Together with our travel team we will wake up around 5:45 am, to enjoy the hot springs, which are divided into several pools ranging from cold to boiling point. All are composed of pure volcanic water, which is medicinal in nature and is considered good for bones, stress, muscles and headaches. After soaking in the baths for a while relaxing our body we continue by bus to Ollantaytambo to take our train to Aguas Calientes. After approximately 2:00 hours by train we will arrive in town and go to the hotel to check in and enjoy the rest of the day. *Accommodation in Aguas Calientes / Meals: Breakfast, Lunch.

  • Day 4: Machu Picchu - Cusco.
  • The most magical day arrived because we are finally going to know the wonder of Machu Picchu. We have breakfast at 5:45 am and then we take the first bus to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, it takes approximately 25 minutes, and we arrive early to appreciate the magnificent city while the sun rises. Your guide will take you on a walking tour of approximately 2:00 hours, after which you can explore the mysterious Inca city on your own. Then you will meet your guide in Aguas Calientes for lunch and to receive your train ticket back to Cusco, once at the train station, our transportation will take you to your hotel. Meals: Breakfast.
